1. Final Sale: Once a purchase has been completed, no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.
2. Condition of Art: We carefully inspect all artwork prior to shipping and ensure that it is packed with the utmost care. If the artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
3. Special Orders: Custom or commissioned artworks are subject to the same final sale policy and cannot be returned under any circumstances.
