Please note the following conditions:

  1. Final Sale:
    Once a purchase is completed, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason.

  2. Condition of Artwork:
    Each piece is thoroughly inspected before shipping and packaged with the utmost care. If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include detailed photographs of the damage to initiate a resolution.

  3. Custom and Commissioned Artworks:
    Special orders, including custom and commissioned pieces, are also final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
